Living in your summer moments…

Posted by: Rochelle In: Life

Summer flies by so quickly and there is always so much I want to accomplish since I love the heat.  But sometimes I can be going so “fast” that I miss the moment!

This weekend I had the chance to be out in nature and it was here that I realized my senses were feeling the moments.  The water around my shins as I waded in the brook, the feel of the breeze across my cheek, the smell of the earth, the majesty of the trees and the sounds of broken twigs as the deer made their way through the woods.

With a few weeks left before Labor Day, be sure to live in your summer moments.  Don’t let them pass by unnoticed.  These moments are the ones that truly nourish us and help our central nervous system reach a regulated state.

Just a word of caution…urban areas vibrate much faster than the country!

Have a beautiful day!
