It IS about the food!

Posted by: Rochelle In: Life

Whether it’s over eating or erratic eating, calories are calories.  A sugar coated doughnut comes in at 200 calories and a blueberry muffin at 360 calories (Time, August 17, 2009, pgs 42-47).  It would take 33 minutes of jogging at 5 m.p.h. to burn off that blueberry muffin.  It would take 92 minutes of vacuuming to do the same.

While I have never been a huge fan of writing down what you eat and certainly stay away from the idea with eating disorders, I will say that as women move toward a more active lifestyle, it seems to become less anxiety provoking to give this a try.

Join us tonight for our complimentary teleconference @ 8:30pm ET as three of my clients share their secrets of success including writing down their food intake.

Go slow…be curious.  Be mindful. Be wise.
