More than half of the women in our community believe that lack of will power is why they are unsuccessful with a healthy eating program. It’s NOT about will power.

We spend most of our time living in our heads and we just hope and assume the body will show up.  We scream at our body, berate it constantly, even kick it to the curb.  The dialogue is so loud that the only time we hear the voice of our physical body is when it is crying out in pain with an injury or an illness.  And even then sometimes, we don’t listen.

Rochelle Rice Not About Will PowerIt’s when we listen to the voice of our physical body – its wants and needs – that a clearer message is sent and a more balanced relationship can begin to take root.  This is not simple or easy, but the results are startling.  Your physical body has such a clear voice, but it may only be a whisper from being beaten down for so long.

The Breathe and Eat program is designed to raise the voice of your physical body – to tune into your amazing natural organs that are involved with digestion – your stomach, your intestines.  This is not a therapy program but one where the anatomy guides you with clarity and authenticity.  It’s designed to help you apply the space, breath, organization and skills necessary to listen to your physical body – whether you are eating Ben & Jerry’s with Dorritos or salmon with kale and brown rice.

I invite you to join me for our six week program beginning Wednesday, January 21, 2015 @ 7pm ET.  I believe in this program so deeply and encourage you to embrace a program that requires no special foods, gimmicks or tricks.  Just you and your amazing body – with whatever food is right for you in that moment.  Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have or comment below and I’ll be sure to get right back!

I hope you find this video a useful visual.

And I am here to help and support you.
