I’ll admit, moving back into life has been challenging – physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. And yet, there are brief moments when I remember, life goes on.

This magnolia tree was given to me by a dear friend when my grandmother passed in 2012. It was less than a foot tall when I first planted it. Fast forward 10 years and the tree is over six-feet tall with vibrant blossoms – signs of hope, renewal, and optimism.

Are you ready to bloom this season? Are you allowing your vibrancy to shine?

Just as this tree has endured sub-zero temps, wind, and rain – so too have our bodies over these past 26 months. Now it’s time to bloom – even if you have a bit of trepidation.

So shine on! Have faith in what’s possible for yourself. You are a vibrant being – despite all you’ve been through. I believe in you and encourage you to stretch, grow, and bloom!

You’ve got this!
