What the what?! Now what?

If ever there was confusion in messaging, it has certainly been around masks. Politics aside, I feel like I have whiplash. Imagine being mid-flight yesterday when the announcement came over the loud speaker that masks were no longer required on (a number) of flights. Wow! And while many are ready to shed their cloth coverings, you may still feel the need to stay covered up!

A few things to CONTINUE to keep in mind to maintain vibrant health:

1 – keep your immune system boosted with plenty of sleep.
2 – eat a food plan that supports your body.
3 – limit the news and trashy TV.
4 – surround yourself with friends that lift you.
5 – breathe deeply and stay connected to the earth.

And above all, continue to do what is best for you and YOUR health. Keep it simple, upbeat, nourishing and sustaining – no shaming. Mask or no mask.
