Resiliency…

Posted by: Rochelle In: Life

It’s not about being strong, fit or on top of your game. Resiliency is the top health priority.

On a daily basis, we should check in with our physical and energetic selves – a “self check-up.” This step has often been overlooked in the past with full careers, hectic lives, and just not wanting to feel our bodies or take a look around at what is happening in life. And now? We are being challenged to feel daily at what is happening in our world, our nation, our communities, and our bodies. We can no longer ignore ourselves or our lives for that matter and must dig deep to find a core strength to guide us.

We must stand on this core strength as we create the flexibility to bend and stretch at such an incredible time in our history. Yet I believe there is a gift within all of this. Within lies your ability to be curious about who you are, what is important to you, how you move in life, what energy you want around you, and how you may want to make a difference in your life or in the life of someone else.

Sit for a moment and feel one core strength or value. Stand firmly on it as a grounding stone while the rest of you practices resiliency in an ever changing world environment.

Trust…
