		<description>Rochelle,  Great seeing your water exercises.  I have found the pool to be my best opportunity for cardio and strength.  As a plus size woman, the furst hurdle is getting into that bathing suit and shedding the insecurities of having some of your &quot;assets&quot; exposed.  Once I realized that it just doesn&#039;t matter, I headed for the pool.  I have found deep water jogging and just plain old laps to be something I now look forward to.  Yesterday I reached my milestone of &quot;lapping&quot; one mile (approx 75 laps).

Rochelle, I still owe my &quot;freedom to move and be active&quot; to you.  Over 10 years ago, you showed me the way and I will always be in debt to you.
