STAY.

Four days sitting and staying in my body from 9am-5pm and beyond. Incredible.

I finished my training last week with my enery body teacher, Christine Schenk. What is most amazing is how peaceful it can be to stay grounded. There is less drama, chaos, and confusion. There seems to be less extreme highs and lows. There is a deep understanding from within that I do know this part of me and I do long to be more peaceful in my life.

I am working to blend this information in my classes and training – helping women sense themselves or bring awareness to the energetic side of them.
