Yoga with Michael Hayes
In Buddha Body Yoga, we take standard yoga poses and adjust, modify, and adapt them so that larger, overweight or injured people are able to successfully practice. By using supportive yoga gear (bolsters, pillows, blocks, belts, yoga ropes, and physioballs) we allow people to gradually improve their alignment, tone, balance, and flexibility.
12:00pm – 1:30pm:
Motown Movement with Rochelle Rice
No one says you can’t sing, dance, and have fun while you move! This energetic class brings in the love of Motown music and the body confidence shapes to super charge you for the spring season! Learn how to move safely, effectively and with super hero body confidence all in a relaxed and safe environment. All movement levels welcome!
2:00pm – 3:30pm:
Roz “The Diva” Mays Presents: ABsoutely Marvelous!
Every movement your body makes — from sitting to busting a groove on the dance floor — starts with a healthy core. Join Roz to strengthen your stomach, back and booty muscles for a stronger body. No need for abs of steel; this class caters to every skill level that walks in the door. Come as you are and leave feeling ABsolutely Marvelous!
3:30pm – 4:00pm: Break
4:00pm – 4:30pm: Closing Circle
