Rochelle Rice’s Private Practice is one-on-one movement focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and quality of life. This is achieved through aerobic conditioning, strength training, yoga, Pilates and breath-work exercises. The physical work allows you to “feel” your body again, which leads to enhanced self-esteem, purpose and personal improvement. Private Practice will also help you rediscover movement you may have cherished as a child.

Sessions are conducted in a midtown location or in the convenience of your own home.
