I stood in front of the train map in Hamburg, Germany trying to remember the travel route from the airport to the hotel. Last time I had made the journey was 2019. A bit old school perhaps looking at the map vs my phone, but the image of my reflection captured my attention.

“Stay curious” I thought.

So what if I went in the wrong direction? I had my luggage, passport, phone and euros. What more did I need?

As our world continues to rotate with a barrage of shifts and changes, so too does your body shift on a day to day basis. Some days you may wake up refreshed and ready to roll! Other days, you may feel stiff  and achy, making it difficult to get going.

Stay curious.

Ask yourself:

  • how does my body feel today? (stiff, achy, stretched, fit, alive)
  • what does my  body need today? (water, food that matches, sleep)
  • what action can I take to move my body today? (stretch, walk, dance, fun)

When you stay curious, you open up the possibility of creating something new for yourself. Yes, some days you’ll absolutely feel better than others. But fine tuning your well-being by staying curious will help you master clarity.

Your overall goal is to keep a steady rhythm and internal conversation with your health and well-being. Work together within yourself. Be honest without beating yourself up.

Stay curious. The uplifting feeling will move you in a profound way.

You’ve got this!
