I rely on scheduling and structure to organize my day and reduce any stress. The structure keeps me focused and not bouncing around with every text, email or like from Facebook.

Yet it’s those moments in the grocery store when a song comes on that I just have to break out and dance! I find myself grooving to the music – dancing like no one is watching! It makes me feel great, has me laughing and boosts the happy hormones in my system. I’m a fan of traveling lunges down the aisle while pushing the cart or some kind of large movement to stay warm in the frozen section.:)

Wherever you are, live, love, laugh and dance OFTEN! Enjoy the spirit of the human connection, to you and to those around you. Laughing reduces the cortisol levels in your bloodstream, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and boosts dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins.

So go ahead and dance! You never know who may join you!

You’ve got this!

P.S. This video was pre-COVID and in October – which explains the Batman mask! :)
