Things are picking up with the holiday season underway! I find my breath is challenged to find a quiet pace in the midst of the craziness of the holidays rapidly approaching. Inhale…exhale..repeat. Find my feet. Feel the earth. That’s about all my body can handle in this moment. And that is the workout! Good luck! :)
