‘Tis the season… To take care of YOU – mind, body and soul!

But how?!?!

In this busy, festive season, you may feel excited, overwhelmed, joyful and somber. All of these emotions – both the highs and the lows – can leave you feeling exhausted.

What to do? Keep it simple. Less is more.

MIND:
Limit your social media, news and screen time. Not sure what to do instead? Meditate, breathe or journal. Take the time to quiet your mind and ease your central nervous system.

BODY:
Stretch your body long before you get out of bed. While on your back, reach your arms all the way up by your ears. Stretch your legs all the way out. A fresh stretch to start you day!

SOUL:
Be peaceful in your heart – physically and emotionally. Let your heart muscles be soft. Search the challenges in your heart. Find ways to clear them with honest communication.

There is nothing more urgent today than taking care of your mind, body, and soul. It requires a great deal of courage and commitment, but the benefits are truly life saving.
