This verse resonates so deeply with me.
I spent decades fighting with my body – trying to make it “perfect.” After years of training and self-work, I feel myself living more peacefully within. This has always been my wish for my clients.
TECHNIQUE.
Continue to work on how your body moves through space. Don’t be afraid to try new movement to challenge your body. A dance class, pickle ball, or golf may be examples of moving your body in a new way. When your body moves, your muscles and liver release proteins into your blood that exert powerful influence on your brain.
TRUST.
Continue to build the trust within yourself. Take the time to recognize when you did something well or followed your intuition. Each time you anchor this good feeling in your system, you create more of the “happy hormones” in your body.
- Serotonin.
- Dopamine.
- Endorphins.
- Oxytocin.
And TOMORROW?!
I’m sure you’ve heard it many times. “Live in the moment.” And it couldn’t be more true than it is today. As I close out this time of group classes that we held during a global pandemic, I hold in my heart the community, safety, trust and camaraderie created in such a unique period in our lifetime together.
What’s next? I’ll continue my weekly emails, one-on-one training and motivational speaking. Our shared experience and your stories remain in my heart today and always.
I am a better trainer because of you. I am a better speaker because of you. I am a better person because of you.
With love and gratitude,
Rochelle
