One of the most empowering ways to reconnect to yourself is to be in nature and share your laughter and friendship with like minded women. And movement is one of the most powerful links to connecting the body, mind, heart and breath.

During the course of the weekend we will share multiple movement opportunities geared for all levels including morning yoga, outdoor hikes, ballet class, interpretive dance, outdoor lawn games, a walk through the labyrinth and singing around the campfire.
