Your mind knows you ‘should’ be moving, but your body just doesn’t seem to want to join the exercise program. So what’s a woman to do?
Get in touch with your anatomy. It’s the biggest kept secret out there. Create a more peaceful relationship with your body by connecting to the muscles and bones in a way that truly means something to you and not just the pain you feel when the body is injured or out of alignment.
And don’t wait for everything to be perfect. Today, right now is perfect.
Check out this 4 minute video that takes you from head to toe with how to align your body to help you move through space with grace and ease. No special equipment. You don’t even need to get out of your chair. Just say hello to the amazing muscles that are yours and are absolutely perfect in this moment.

I’d love to hear from you!
Excellant. Now do you want to come home with me to remind me to do this or Florida either way.
Ummmm….FLORIDA! Glad you enjoyed it! I’ll keep you going this winter with a few more videos! Lots of love to you Cheryl! And thanks for the invitation! ;)
Excellent. Job well done. Now follow me home to remind me of this. Oh, that’s right you sit at the table with me (in my mind) and tell me to sit up and breathe as the food will go down better.
Will enjoy after we leave on Tuesday and head south. Just thought we could pick you up along the way. LOL
A terrific and information video!
I started making adjustments as I watched.
Looking forward to seeing more.

A wonderful four minutes – full of good and easy to follow steps. It was amazing how far from hugging my spine my shoulder blades were and I hadn’t even been aware of it after a long computer session. This is a great video to replay when taking a break from at work.
Fantastic Penelope! Yes to hugging the shoulder blades to your spine! So simple and easy to do – and has you feeling better in no time! Thank you for commenting!
