I have been a student of Christine Schenk’s for about 9 years. Her work has changed my life and has given me the opportunity to blend her work with the work I do with plus-size women.

She will be teaching an Introductory Course in NYC:
The two-day Introductory Course into the CHRIS-Technique is part of the Basic Program. You will learn how to differentiate physical and energetic perceptions and you will find out how you can identify your partnership of Energy Body and physical body. You will experience your Energy Body and learn about your hygienic needs at an energetic level.
