I’ve always been one to use rituals to honor transitions and changes in my life. Not only does it help bring feelings to a place of awareness, but it also allows the opportunity to fully cherish the change taking place – whether it is a celebration of a life well lived or the excitement of a new job.

The iris flower represents faith, hope, courage, and wisdom. Today, we as a community, are stepping into a new beginning. The group movement community that formed on March 17, 2020 begins a different chapter in movement.

We have shared:

  • 230 classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
  • 15-30 women attending classes on a weekly basis from across the country.
  • $2500 donated to women in need – thanks to your generous donations.
  • Technique moments that make my heart sing!
  • 115 opportunities for me to put my heart on the line through weekly emails.
  • Endless moments of sharing, caring, laughing and crying.
  • Boundless levels of compassion, empathy, honesty, and vulnerability.
  • And a love for one another and our shared experience as a community moving through a pandemic.

Whether you have worked with me one-on-one, in group classes, on Zoom, or audio, my heartfelt thanks. Whether you have been with me pre-COVID, throughout the pandemic or just joining on, my heartfelt thanks. I am a better teacher because of you. I am a better human because of you.

You have lifted me numerous times over these many months and for that I am grateful.

We move to a group class on Tuesday evenings only beginning June 7th.

I have been speaking again in person (and still some virtual) at companies and organizations – listening to their challenges as they move forward. My focus remains on health and wellness – the connection to the physical body, listening to the body, trusting the wisdom of the body, and leading with a body-based awareness.

What started as a pandemic coping method has become a way of life. I am humbled by the work we have accomplished and extremely proud.

With my sincere thanks as we move into a new beginning, with courage and faith.

I am forever grateful each time you appeared on my Zoom screen since March 2020. Here’s to creating infinite possibilities as we move forward.

Believing in you always.
